Our Services

1. Community Awareness: We engage in HIV/AIDS education in workplaces, churches and secondary schools across various local government of the state.
2. School Programmes: Formation of ANTI-AIDS clubs in schools, training of health educators, provision of school desks and renovation/ equipping of early childhood centre, and grass root soccer project which aims at establishing the connections between soccer and life skills.
3. HIV Counselling and Testing: This is done through prevention counselling and referral for people at high risk of contracting HIV/AIDS, granting them access to care and support services.
4. Provision and Training of Home-Based Care Providers (HBCP): We train people who provide care for PLWHAS and nurse them to a state of their being able to fit into the mainstream of life again in the society.
5. Capacity Building: AIDS Care Managers trains health workers, church workers, school teachers, home based care providers, HIV/AIDS counsellors, with knowledge and skills to develop, execute, manage, monitor and evaluate HIV/AIDS related programs, in her capacity building activities.
6. Education and Skill Acquisition: We assist in the payment of school fees, provision of books and other education materials and the sponsorship of skill acquisition trainings and Micro Credit so as to assist Orphans with HIV/AIDS and Caregivers to get established after the completion of education/ training.
7. Infrastructural Development: We engage in projects that have direct and significant impact on the physical, emotional and psychological health of people in communities. This includes building projects such as bore hole, toilet facilities, health centres/ drug store facilities, and provision of equipment.
8. Recreational Activities: Establishment of Kids club and Adolescent Boys and Girls Club that cater for the emotional and psychological needs of children/teens living with HIV/AIDS.
9. Monitoring and Evaluation: We are actively involved in monitoring and evaluation of our projects as the ACM team carries out frequent assessment on progress made by the Orphans, People Affected by HIV/AIDS (PABAs) and People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWAs) under its care and support activities. Also, the Home-Based Care Providers (HBCP) have been equally visited for more counselling and update of knowledge on managing their relatives living with HIV/AIDS.
